Returns: We accept returns on unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items.

To Initiate a Return: Contact us at contact@starliteavenue.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping: Starlite Avenue covers return shipping on all approved returns.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges: We're happy to exchange unused, unopened products for a different scent. Contact us at contact@starliteavenue.com to arrange an exchange.
